PDT Reform:
Help Our Advocacy Efforts
Has the Pattern Day Trader Rule impacted your ability to trade the markets?
We'd like to hear about your experience.
ICAN is collecting stories about the impacts of the Pattern Day Trader Rule to further our advocacy efforts. We may also be seeking a plaintiff for a future case challenging the constitutionality of this rule to ensure that arbitrary barriers don't impact access to trading in the future.
If you'd like to help and share your story, please fill out our form and tell us about how this rule has affected you. Note that by filling out the form, you authorize us to share your information in our communications with the SEC and/or FINRA.
Please note that this is not a solicitation, agreement, or offer for legal representation, and by continuing with this form, you acknowledge and understand that.

How Your Donation Makes an Impact:
-
Your support enables ICAN to provide free legal representation to entrepreneurs and investors fighting SEC overreach. Each case we win establishes legal precedents that protect market freedom for everyone.
-
Through strategically selected litigation cases, we're building a precedent-based legal foundation to halt SEC overreach. Unlike political changes that come and go, these court victories create lasting protections for market participants.
-
ICAN maximizes impact through our nationwide network of pro bono attorneys. Our first direct litigation case saved our client from a $1.35 million judgment while establishing crucial limits on SEC power.
-
As a 501(c)(3) organization, we maintain the highest transparency and fiscal responsibility standards. Our team includes former SEC attorneys and renowned securities lawyers, ensuring that ICAN brings the best team to the fight.
